A guide on how to design accessible files such as text (Word, PDF), tables (Excel), images and sound in a straightforward way to be readable by many. This Word file is intended as an invitation to easily adapt and add to the Guidelines. The guidelines were created by members of the working group "Accessibility" in RepManNet (Network for Repository Managers https://datamanagement.univie.ac.at/en/research-data-management/network-of-repository-managers-repmannet/ ) and are also available in this repository as a PDF file.
